b999 Terms and Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply. Understanding these terms will help you make sense of the rules that govern your use of the b999 platform.

• "b999" / "the Platform"Refers to the b999 website at b999-khelo.com and all associated services, games, betting markets and applications operated under the b999 brand.
• "Member" / "You"Any individual who has registered a b999 account or is in the process of registering one.
• "Account"The personal account created by a Member on b999, used to access all platform features, hold PKR balances and place bets.
• "PKR Balance"The Pakistani Rupee funds held within a Member's b999 account, including deposits, winnings and applicable bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds"Any promotional credits, bonus amounts or free bet amounts credited to a Member's account by b999 as part of a promotion, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement"The number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on qualifying games before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money PKR.
• "Prohibited Activity"Any action defined in Section 8 of these Terms as prohibited, including fraud, cheating, account abuse, collusion or exploitation of technical errors.

By accessing b999, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the b999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and b999.

These Terms apply to all Members regardless of where in Pakistan they are located and regardless of how they access the b999 platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser or any future b999 application. These Terms take precedence over any other communication you may have received from b999, including marketing materials or promotional emails.

b999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes via email or an in-platform notice.

To use any real-money feature on b999 — including deposits, betting and withdrawals — you must register a Member account. Registration is free. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a unique password.

3.1 — One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one active b999 account. This rule applies regardless of which email address, phone number or payment method is used. Opening multiple accounts — even under different names or numbers — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with all balances forfeited. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact b999 support immediately.

3.2 — Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your b999 login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password or any one-time PIN with any other person. b999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or phone call. Any activity on your account using your credentials is your responsibility — unless you have reported a security concern to b999 promptly after becoming aware of it.

3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

b999 may require you to verify your identity at any time. Verification documents typically include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

The b999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active b999 account. This is an absolute requirement — there are no exceptions.

By registering a b999 account you confirm, under these Terms, that you are 18 years old or above. b999 takes age verification seriously. We conduct age checks as part of the KYC process and may request documentary evidence of age (such as a copy of your CNIC) at any point.

If b999 has reason to believe that a Member is under the age of 18, we will immediately:

• Suspend access to the account pending investigation
• Withhold any pending withdrawals
• If underage play is confirmed, close the account permanently and void all bets and winnings accrued during the period of underage use
• Return deposits made during underage use to the source payment method where legally required

5.1 — Deposits

All deposits at b999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. b999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposit methods must be registered in the Member's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits are credited to your b999 PKR balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, please contact b999 support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 — Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered to the same legal name as the b999 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours during standard business hours.

Before your first withdrawal, b999 requires completion of KYC verification. This is a one-time process that protects both you and the platform. Before a withdrawal is approved, b999 may also confirm that any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

5.3 — Currency

All b999 account balances, bets, winnings and transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b999 does not operate in any foreign currency. There are no conversion fees, foreign exchange charges or hidden currency costs associated with your b999 account.

b999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members at different stages of their membership. Claiming any bonus from b999 confirms that you accept the specific terms attached to that bonus, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

6.1 — Welcome Bonus

New Members who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the b999 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus matches a percentage of the first deposit up to a stated maximum PKR amount. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Each bonus at b999 comes with a specific wagering requirement — for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times on qualifying games before it becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Aviator, casino games and sports betting may carry different contribution percentages — these are published with each individual promotion.

6.3 — Bonus Abuse

b999 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing bets that hedge against each other specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Coordinating with other players to artificially meet bonus conditions
• Using any software or system to identify or exploit low-risk wagering paths through bonus conditions

All bets placed on b999 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published alongside the relevant markets on the platform.

7.1 — Bet Placement

A bet is only confirmed on b999 when you receive a confirmation reference number. If you do not receive confirmation — due to a network error or platform issue — the bet has not been placed and your balance has not been charged. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where b999 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit facility for a specific market.

7.2 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet at b999 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport and game and are displayed at the point of bet placement. b999 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any Member on any market, particularly where b999 has reason to believe a Member possesses information that confers an unfair advantage.

7.3 — Obvious Errors

b999 strives to set accurate odds and game parameters at all times. In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are materially different from the true market value due to a technical or human error — b999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, even after the event has concluded. Members who knowingly exploit obvious errors may face further action under the prohibited activities clause.

7.4 — Abandoned and Postponed Events

For sports betting markets, if an event is abandoned or postponed, b999 will follow standard industry settlement rules for the relevant sport. For cricket, an innings that reaches the minimum completion threshold will generally be settled. For football, matches not completed within a defined period of their scheduled kick-off will generally be voided. Specific rules are published in the relevant sport's betting rules section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false personal information at registration or verification, impersonating another person or using another person's payment method without authorisation
• Money laundering — using b999 to process funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform to layer, integrate or place proceeds of crime
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market on b999 to the detriment of the platform or other players
• Use of bots or automated software — using any software, script, algorithm or automated process to place bets, make decisions or interact with b999 on your behalf
• Exploitation of technical errors — deliberately taking advantage of any software bug, pricing error or system malfunction on b999
• Multiple accounts — operating more than one b999 account, whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent limits or for any other purpose
• Match-fixing or insider information — placing bets using information not available to the general public, including through contacts involved in the sporting events being wagered on
• Minors accessing the platform — allowing any person under 18 to access or use your b999 account under any circumstances

b999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when required
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion under our responsible gaming tools
• b999's determination that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other Members or the Member themselves

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, b999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in proportion to the violation. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request or for reasons unrelated to Terms violations, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to close your b999 account voluntarily, please contact our support team at support@b999-khelo.com. Voluntary closures are processed within 24–48 hours and any withdrawable balance is paid out accordingly.

b999 is committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are betting for entertainment purposes only and that betting represents discretionary spending you can afford.

b999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on how much PKR you can add to your b999 account
• Loss limits — maximum net loss thresholds for any defined period, after which b999 restricts further play
• Session time reminders — automatic alerts after a defined period of continuous play
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent closure of your b999 account, with a cooling-off period before reinstatement is possible for temporary exclusions
• Reality checks — regular on-screen prompts showing your net balance position and time played in the current session

b999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory requirements as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data held by b999, subject to our legal retention obligations.

All content on the b999 platform — including the b999 brand name and logo, website design, game content, odds data, software, text, graphics and any other materials — is the intellectual property of b999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the b999 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any b999 content without our express written permission. Scraping, data mining or automated access to b999 content for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

b999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. b999 will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Internet connectivity issues on the Member's side
• Losses resulting from betting decisions — all bets are placed at the Member's own risk
• Force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters or telecommunications failures
• Incorrect bet placement by the Member due to their own error

b999's total liability to any Member for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount of funds in that Member's account at the time the claim arises. b999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

b999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b999 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: an in-platform notification displayed on login, an email to your registered email address, or a notice on the b999 Terms and Conditions page.

Your continued use of the b999 platform after any change to these Terms is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of b999 and request account closure. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at b999-khelo.com/terms-conditions.
